Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing

Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing by Matthew Perry

Matthew Perry, you are enough and I love you!! I wasn’t going to rate this as high as I did, because in the beginning I didn’t really care for it. Maybe because I’m not an addict and couldn’t understand why someone can be addicted to something. I realized though, that I have my own addictions, but mine won’t kill me (books, Disneyland, Friends).

I won’t forgive you for what you say about Keanu, twice, but I want you to have a happy life addiction free. We need you around to make us laugh. Can you do more of that please.

On a side note, this book doesn’t have any comedy. So if you’re looking for a laugh, find something else. If you’re a fan, read it.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This post hits way differently after the passing of Matthew Perry. While I never met him and have no affiliation with him, I will always remember him as the person who made me laugh. Soar in the sky, Mr. Perry, we love you!
